I grew up on a small dairy farm, and have always found inspiration from nature.
I come to the field of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture from the visual arts, and bring critical thinking and self cultivation to the art of healing. I graduated with honors from The Cooper Union School of Art with a B.F.A, The University of California at San Diego with a M.F.A, and Dongguk University with a Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine. I've studied in Beijing, China at the WHO collaborating center for Traditional Medicine and at various hospitals in Beijing.
